Vincenzo has more than 40 years of experience in banking having spent 33 years at BSI SA, where he oversaw banking subsidiaries around the world as a member of the Executive Committee.

In 2015, Vincenzo established Amber Bank & Trust Ltd in the Bahamas which he sold to the Britannia Financial Group in 2019.

In 2022, he acquired Agora Investments SGR SpA in Italy.

In 2023, he partnered with Sofia Saracho to found Agora Financial Group SA.

Vincenzo holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Bridgeport, CT, an MBA in Finance and International Business from the NYU and an Executive Certificate from INSEAD.

Sofia has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry where she has been involved in the top management of banks, financial companies, wealth managers and brokers. She worked for Santander Mexico and Miami as Head of Business Development and partnered in a start-up fintech in NY.

In 2012, Sofia established a family office in Geneva and developed the Britannia Financial Group. She sat in the Boards of financial regulated entities in the UK, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dubai and Switzerland.

In 2023, Sofia partnered with Vincenzo Piantedosi to found Agora Financial Group SA.

As an entrepreneur Sofia is an investor in various non-financial companies in Mexico, USA and Europe.

Sofia holds a BA in Finance from ITESM Mexico and an MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management.
